Dedicated to Capriano del Colle’s patron saints, it is our first “distinctive” wine. It was born to express the great potential of our land. We obtain its great structure thanks to a careful selection of grapes. This wine is produced only in the best vintages, so we can’t guarantee a continuous availability.

It ages 12 months in big wood tanks and barriques.
