We have always dreamed these feelings, expression of a way to be that doesn’t follow the trends, but has to be experienced and discovered in its uniqueness. We use our oldest Turbiana vines. We reduce the yields and we harvest just after the botrytis cinerea attack (the noble mould of the grapes). The flower-must ferments directly in barriques and it stays on lees for 12 months. This process allows this wine to last for years. Bastian Contrario is our limited edition wine. That’s why each single bottle is numbered by hand.
